At Meera Handicraft, every product is handmade and carefully checked before dispatch. Therefore, we follow a strict no-return & no-exchange policy, except in the rare case of damage during transit.

✅ Returns Accepted Only If:

The product is damaged during transit.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photos/videos of the damage at meerakraft@gmail.com or +91 94094 64469.
After verification, a replacement will be sent (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

Change of mind or dislike of the product.
Minor variations in color, size, or finish (as handmade items may slightly differ).
Damage caused after delivery.
Any request made after 48 hours of delivery.

📦 Refunds:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (PayUMoney / Bank transfer / UPI / Credit/Debit Card).
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your refund has been initiated.
